duly admitted to probate and record in Lhe Countq Court of Jefferaon
County, West Virginia and an authenticated copy of ahich has been
duly admitted to record and probate in this Court, and .
WHEftEAS, Brooka F. McCabe, one of the Executora named in -
said Will is entitled to Ancillary I.etters Teetamentary thereon and
has taken the prescribed Oath as required by law, and has performed
' all other~acts necessary to his legal qualifications as such
