Florida,
to H. L. $bner and Mildred E. $bner, his Mife, oP 1003 Georgia
Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, for the sum of $2,500.00, to be
paid in cash, and the Court finding that the said sum of
$2,500.00 is the appraiaed value of thia property and the -
~ sale of same is necessary in order to raise funds to pay ~
I~ administration expenses in the ancillary administration of

~ this estate, and the Court being otherwise advised in the
~ premises,
