BONITA G. SAA~Q~60N, hia wife, hereinafter called the grantora, to
STANLEY J. MAJESTIC and CECELIA.M. MAJESTIC, his wife, whose post-
off ice address is Rt. 2 Box 2768«A, Fort pierce, Florida, herein--
after called the grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors for and in consideration of the

gain, sell, alien, retaise, release, conveq and conf irm unto the

as per plat thereof recorded in the Public Records of

SUBJECT TO any easements, reservations and restrictions ~

TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee s-imple furever.
AND the grantors hereby cflvenant with said grantees that the

grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the ~
grantors have good right and lawFul authority t~ sell and convey
said land; that the grantors herebq fully warrant the title to sai
land and will defend the same against the lawFul claims of all per
sons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, e-
