PURCHASEB'S PAYMENT I~ECOItD CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
The purchaser of ap~ce from the Fort Pierce Cemetery
Due Aasociation does hereby agree to abide by and comply
Date Amount Paid with the Rules and Regulations of the Assceiation as
herein set forth :
1. Purchaser shall not have any rights in or to the _
~ space covered by this certificate until the full purchase
price shall have been paid.
; _ 2. The terms of sale are cash, except that where the i
purchaser desires terms, not less than vne space must
~ be paid for in cash, and one additional apace must be
paid fcr within each 60 day period thereafter, but not
to ezceed one year.
' - • 3. In the event this contract is not paid in fufl within ,
! W.J f- the time stipulated, the Association reserves the right ;
; ~ ~ to assign the Purehaser to another location and to the
~ a>' - ~ o number of spaces for which payment has been received

~ ~ o remuneration, nor transfer or assign any right or inter-

which there are any unpaid charges or asaessmenta.
- 6. No plot or space ahall be enclosed with a hedge,
coping, fence. etc., but the corners thereof may be mark-
ed by corneratonea~ furnished and installed by Purchas-
