pipeline or pipelines to be laid or installed within the above-
deecribed property as hereinafter limited.
The Grantee aqrees With the Grantors, their heirs ar.d
assigns, as follovs, to-wit:
l. That the pipeline or pipelines to be laid and
maintained under this qrant and easement shall be lowered in depth
by the Grantee and at its e~openae, forthwith upon the request of
tt~e Grantor, in the eveat that a spur railro~d track, road or
hiqhWayfs constructed upon the above-described lands, to a depth
aufficient to prevent interference with the constFuctionand use
of such a spur railroad track, road or hiqhway.
2. That the pipeline or pipelines to be laid and ma~.n-
tained under thia qrant and eas~nent shall be laid and maintained
at least three (3) feet below the surfact of the qround in order
to permit n6rmal cultivaticn and Grantora shall have the riqht to
; fully ~se aad enjoy the full use of the above-described lands sub-
, ject to the riqht of way aad easement herein qranted.
3. Tha t the Grantee shall dispose of trees and timber
not needed for the layinq of the pipeline or pipelines by cuttfnq
j tree trunks and larqer limbs of not less than eiqht (8) feet and

~ shall stack the same alonq the edge of the riqht of way; that all
bruch, trimminqs and stwnps removed fram the ditch line or lines
shall be burned or,diaposed of in a manner acceptable by the
Grantors.
4. That the Grantee shall inde~nffy and save harmleas
the Grantors, their heirs and assigns, of and from all, and all
nanner of actionand actiona, cause and causes of action, suita,
debt~, accounts, bills, contracts, controversies, aqree~ents, pro-
¦isas, da~aqes, ~udgmenta, executions, claims and demanda wbatao-
ever, in laW or ia equity, qr~inq out o! or ariainq fraa, fn any
¦anner Nhatsoever, their use of the above-described lande and of
