fically made eubject to the followinq convenaaks a~nd conditions
upon the mutual aqree~aent of the Grantors and Grantee, to-Wit:
1. Pipeline or pipelines and the appurtenances thereto
shall be laid and maintained within the North ten (10) feet of the
fifth t50) foot wide strip of land hereinabove described.
2. This riqht of Way and eaaement is qiven and granted
for the sole purpose of qivinq and qrantinq unto the Grantee, its
succeasors and assiqns, a right of Way and ease~aent in and to
said landB for the specific purposes set out hereinabove, aAd,
ia the event such use shall not be made of said landa by th~ Grant e
within a period of six (6) months fra~a the date hereof, or such
uae by Grantee shall be diacontinued or abandoned, riqht of way
and eas~nent herein qranted shall automatiaally terminate and
the riqhts therein shall revert to the Grantors, their heirs and
' assiqns.
3. This written agreement between the Grantors and the
Grantee contains all of the terms, covenants and conditions of
this Grant of riqht of way and $asement for pipeline between the
Grantors and the Grantee and no additional terms, cov+~nants and
conditionB thereof may be made by parol evidence or intendment.

4. The terms, conditions and covenants hereof shall be
bindinq and fnure to the benefit of the heirs, executors, admin-
iatrators, devisees, successors, trusteea or assiqns of the
parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHERFAF, the Grantors have hereunto set their
hands and seal and the Grantee has caused these presents to be
eiqned in its name by its Mayor, and its corporate seal to be
atfixed, atteated by tta Cler, the day and year first above
