MODIFICATION AGD EEMENT
'IIiIS MODIFICATION AGREEMENT, Made this 26th day of
July, 1967, between FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a corporation under the laws of the United
States, party of the first part, and NA'I~iAN EAZIVIAN and SARA EA'IM~N,
his wife, parties of the second part, WITNESSE'I~i: ~
WH~REAS, the parties of the second part executed a mort-
gage to the party of the first part on property described in said mortgage,
which mortgage was dated October 4, 1962, recorded in Official Record
Book 52, page 72, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which
~ mortgage secured the original amount of $4, 200. 00; which said mortgage
provides monthly payments of ~42.00 and interest at the rate of 6. 6 per
cent per ennum, and
WHEREAS, parties of the second part desire to obtain a
future advance under said mortgage for ~500. 00 and interest at the rate of
6. 6 per cent per annum, and,
WHEREAS, party of the first part declines to loan said
future advance unless and until the interest rate is inc,seased on the original
mortgage dated October 4, 1962, and on open end advance note for $500. 00.
NOW Z~iEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
of the granting of the future advance the parties of the second part covenant
and agree to pay interest on the balance of said mortgage dated Dcto~ier 4,
# 1962, and on: the open end advance note in the amount of $500. 00, at the

~ rate of 7. 5 per cent per annum, , commencing on the lst day of August,

1968.

'Ihe parties hereto further covenant and agree that all terms
and conditions of said mortgage and note as mentioned herein shall remain

in full Force and effect and that nothing herein contained shall in anywise
