SUPPLEMENTAL MORTGAGE DEED
THIS SUPPLEMENTAL MORTGAGE DEED executed the ay of
September, A. D. 1968, by MINTON EQUIPMENT COMPANY, a Florida cor-
poration, hereinafter called the hiortgagor, to FLORIDA BANK AT FORT
PIERCE, a Florida banking corporation with its principal place of business
at Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the mortgagee;
WHEREAS mortgagor by mortgage deed dated September 10, 1968, re-
corded in Official Record Book 173, at page 1493 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, did intend to secure unto mortgagee a lien on the
hereinafter described real property in addition to the real property described
in mortgage deed to which reference has been made for the purchase of securing
the payment unto the mortgagee of the promissory note, a true copy of which is

incorporated in said mortgage recorded in O. R. Book 173, at page 1493; and
WHEREAS through inadvertance the mortgage premises hereinafter
described were omitted from the said. mortgage of September 10, 1968; now
therefore,
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations, and also in con-
sideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note described in the
mortgage of September 10, 1968, the mortgagor hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, conveys and confirnas unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
That part of the NW; of NW4 of SW,i-, of Section 19, Township
, 35 South, Range 40 East, lying south of Okeechobee Road and
East of Jenkins Road, less canal right-of-way; and less that ~
part of the hereindescribed real property previously mortgaged
by mortgagor to mortgagee by mortgage recorded in O. R.
Book 173, at page 1493, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records. -
TO HAVE AND TO HQLD the same, together with the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances thereto belonging, and the rents, iesues and profita
