the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknawledged, hereby grants, bargafns, sella,
aliene, rezaises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantees,
all that certain land situate.in St. Lucie County, Florida, to
wit :
Lot 2, Block 2, of ORANGE BLOSSOM FSTAT$S, according
to the plat of same filed in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
Plat Book 11, at page 6.
Subject to easements and restrictiona of record.
Subject to that certain first mortqaqe from Grantors
to The Prudential Insurance Coaapany of America in the
original principal amount of $15,000.00 dated and filed
12/11/64 in Official Record Book 105, at paq8 370, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, the
unpaid balance of which Graritees herein assume and agree
to pay; and
Subject further to that certain second mortqaqe fro~a
Grantors herein to Carl R. T'horbahn and Virqinia E.
Thorbahn, his wife, in the oriqinal principal amount of
$2,500.00, dated 12/10/64, filed 12/11/64, in Official
Record Book 105, at paqe 413, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, the unpaid balance of which
Grantees herein asaume and agree to pay.
