RII~1SE AND RELINQUISI~~'.NT OF DOWER
WHEREEIS, BLA~NC~IE H. GOTTARDO and MILTON JOSEP~H ROSENAU, enter-
ed into an Ant~ Nuptial Agreement on the 19th day of December, A.D.
1967, which l~greement comprehended a marriage between the parties,
and,
S, said parties were married~on December 23, 1967, and, ;

W?t~R~AS, it is now the desire of the partiea to nullify said ~
Ant~-Nuptial Agreement, and
W~iEREAS, it is the desire of BIANCHE H. GOTTAItDO R~pSENAU to
release any and all dow~er right now existing or occurring in the
future .
NOW, T'HfEREFORE, BE IT AGREED, that for and in the considera--
tion of $1.00 to her in hand paid, and in consideration of the can-
cellation of the Ante-Nupti.al Agreement dated Decemb~r 19, 1967, ~
between the then BLANCI~ H. t~OTTARDO and MII,TON JOSEP'~i RUSENAU, the
said BLANCHE H. GOTT'~RDO ROSENAU, does hereby and herein relinquish ~
- ~
and release any and all dower right now existing or hereafter ex- ~
isting, both chaate and inchoate, and does hereby release the said ~
MILTON JOSEP'~i RUSENAU, and the Estate of MILTON JOSEEH ROSENAU ~
from any and all dower right to the same extent and purpose as
though said individuals had never been married.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
