in Charleeton, Weat Virginia, on April 11, 1967, and poesesaed
of the property hereinafter described,• and left a Laet Will
and Testament dated June l, 1960, and a Codicil thereto dated
January 19, 1963, both of which were admitted to ancillary
administration in the County Judqe~s Court of Palm Beach
County, Florida, on the 13th day of November, 1967; and
. W~REAS , BROOKS F. MvCABS wae appoi nted doaaic i 1 i ary
executor by the County Court of Jefferson County, West Vir-
ginia on the 29th day of June, 1967; and
WHERF.A.S. BROORS F. McCAB$ was appointed ancillary
executor by the County Judge's Court of Palm Beach County,
Florida, on the 4th day of December, 1967; and, ~
NOW, T~RI3FORE, the said Grantor, by virtue of the
power and authority qiven tQ him in and by said Last Will
and Teatame~ and Codicil thereto, and in consideration of
~ of the sum~of $10.00 and other valuable considerationa, does
