Before me the undersigned authority duly authorized to administer
oaths and take acknowledgmerns personally appeared LILLIAN EVANS INGRAM,
who, after being by me first duly sworn did state as follows:
That I am the daughter of Dennia J. Eva*~*~s, who died testate in Fort Pierce,
Florida on Api-il 24, 1966 and I. served as F~cecutrix of hia estate. That on
October 18, 1965 said Dennis J. Evans did lease the above described property
t~ one Otis Green, ;which lease is recorded in Official Records Book 145, Page
287 of the Public Records af St. Lucie County, Florida. That said lease was
never renewed by said Otis Green nor anyone in his behalf under the ternns
thereof and therefor said lease expired on October 18, 1967. That thereafter _
said lessee, or his employees, remained in possession of said premises as
momh to month tenarns until on or about June 30, 1968 at which time they Ieft

~ and vacated the same. That since June 30, 1968 affiant has been in the sole
~ and exclusive possession of said premises and is the lawful owner thereof.
