EXBCUTRIX DEED

THLS INDENTURE made and ernered into this ~_day of August,
1968 between LILLIAN EVANS INGRAM, the duly constituted and appoirned
Executrix of the Estate of Dennis J. Evans, Deceased, late of St. Lucie County,
Florida, hereinafter aalled party of the first part and LILLIAN EVANS INGRAM,

Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter called party qf the second part:
WITNESSETH:
