'POGETHER with any an all other personal property of
whatever description owned or possessed by the said
decedent at the time of hia death, and together with any
and all right, title or interest had by said deceden~at-
the time of his death in any real property, wheresoever
the same might be situate, excepting only that certain
real and personal property conveyed by the Grantor to
OUie Evans and Irene Ewans Foxx. ~
Z~O HAVE AND 'PO HOLD the same urno the said LILLIAN EVANS INGRAM,
party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever in as full and ample manner
as the same was possessed or enjoyed by the said decedent during his lifetime. .
