PAUL It. 8IG(3S and SDNA S. HIGC~, his wife, hereinafter called the grantor,
to BSNJAMIN L. BRYAN, JR., whose poetoffice address is P. O. Box 3230,
Fort gierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantee:

of $10.00 and other valuable considerationa, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledqed, h~reby qrants, barqains, sells, aliens, remisea, releases,
conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in

AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the grantor

against the lawful claims of ali persons whomsoever; and that said land
is free of all encumbrances, except texee accruing subsequent to December
