west 1/4 of Section 19, Township 35 Sauth, Range 40 East lying
~ south of the south right-of-way line of Okeechobee Road (State
Road ?0) and East of the East righ~-of-way line of Jenkins Road,
excepting therefrom:

for canal purposes.
2. A one acre parcel in the Northwest corner of said tract described
as: Begin at the intersection of the East righl-of-way line of Jenkina
Road and the South line of said NW4 of NW4~of SW4s ~thence run North

continue North along said right-of-way line 215.24 feet to the southerly
right-of-way line of Okeechobee Road, thence Northeasterly along the

thence South on a line parallel to the East right-of-way line of Jenkins
Road 215. 24 feet to a point, thence Southwesterly on a line parallel
to the southerly right-of-way line of Okeechobee Road 215. 24 feet to
the point of beginning.
