CATHY JEFFSRS and R. C. JAMES, being duly sworn, depose and
say, as follows:
Cathy Jeffers on the 29th day of August, 1968, was an employee
of the City of Fort Pierce, and is presentlq an employee of the City
of Fort Pierce, and R. C. James on the 29th day of August, 1968,
prior to that date and to the present, is the City Clerk of the City
of Fort Pierce, Florida.
Th~at they are familiar with that certain Release of Lien from
the City of Fort Pierce filed September 4, 1968, in O. R. Book 173,
page 1187, purporting to release a lien recorded on page 343 of
- Book 123 of the records of liens in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court~in St. Lucie Covnty, Florida, encumbering lands in
~ J the name of James M. and Geraldine Brawn for a total due of $315.46
described as follows :

delivered inadvertently and in error, there having been no considera-
tion for said Release of Lien; and that the land described in said
