THLS INDENTURE, made this _~~~day of September, A. D. 1968, .
between W. R~ C',OODWIN and CHARLENE S. GOODWIN, his wife, parties of
the first part, and A~ C~ McDERMID and MARY JO McDERMID, his wife,
parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the first part, for auld in co~'!-
sideration of the Sum of One Dollar 1. 00) and other valuable considerations
to them in hand paid by the parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged,~ have granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents
do grant, bargain and sell to the said parties of the second part, their heirs
and assigns, an easement and right-of-way over and upon the following
described land, lying _and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The South 6 feet of Lot 10, Block 20 of PINEWOOD SUB-
DIVISION as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, page ~
24 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This easement is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the
' parties of the second part, a right-of-way and easement in and to said lands for

` the i.nstallation of a sanitary sewer line ah least two (2) feet below the land sur-

~ face, the same to be located approximately three ( 3) feet from the lot line.
After installation, the land s~rface shall be restored to the natural level.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the second parti~s, their heirs -
and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have executed
