conveying the property therein deacribed; that said C~iARLES J. CONOVER
predeceased his wife, PEA.RL R. CONaVER; that said CHARL$S J. COt~10VSR
and PBARL R. CONOVER w~ere husband and wife at the time of the death ~
t~ of said CHARLES J. CONOVER and that they were married at his death
