OPTION CONTRACT TO PURCI~AST REAL ESTATE
i, I.ORA REAVTS, of St. Lucie County, Florida, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of 14i10 TH~USAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-FIV$ AND {
N4/100 ($2, 625. 00j _ DOI,LARS, payable ~525. 00 upon the signing of
this Contract, and $525.00 on the 13th day of September each year
thereafter until paid in full, do hereby give HAROLD L. NESTER,
JR., of St. Lucie County, Florida, hf e heirs and assigns, the
privileqe of purchasinq on or before the 13th day of September,
1973, the following described real estate, situated in St. Lucie
County, Florida:

at and for the price of EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY AND
NO/100 ($8,750.00) DOLLARS, to be paid as follaws, to-wit;
