Before me personally appeared LORA RSAVES and HAROLD L. NESTER,
JR., the parties to the foregoinq Option Contract, to me well
knawn and knawn to me to be the persons described in and who ex-
ecuted the foreqoinq instrument, and they acknowledged to and
before me that they executed said instrument for the purposes

ADDENDUM ~
In t2ie event the said HARQLD L. N~STER, JR. , shall ~vish to
terminate this option, he may do so by the execution and delivery
of a quitclaim deed to LORA RSAVES and shall thereby be released
from any further liabi lity under the terms of thi s optf on.
In the event the said"HAROLD L. NESTER, JR., should exercise
th3.s option, any payments not then due and awing under the terms
of thia option shall be cancelled.
T'he mortgage referred to on page 1 shall be for a term of 5
years at 696 interest, payable in 5 equal annual installments.
