_ Before me the underaigned authority personally appeared this date .
ROYCE R. LEWLS who, after being by me first duly sworn, did depose and
say: That he personally knew Frieda P. Showerman during her ~fetime and
that she died in S~ Lucie Courny, Florida on January 24, 1958. That at the
rime of her death she was survived by her husband, Donald W. Showerman.
That on and before April 24, 1953 said Frieda P. Showerman, then Frieda P.
Herendeen, was married to one Harry C. Herendeen. That said Harry C.
Herendeen died in St. Lucie Couirty, Florida on May 20, 1953. ~hat Frieda P.
Herendeen, one of the mortgagees in that certain mortgage upon the above
described property from Charles Ray Padrick, Jr, and Lillian Padrick, lus wife
to Harry C. Herer~deen and Frieda P. Herendeen, his wife, dated April 24, 1953 and
recorded in Mortgage Book 101, Page 133 of the Public Records of S~ Lucie County,
Florida, is one and the same person as Frieda P. Showerman hereinabave
referred to. 'Ihat said Donald W. Showerman is the present owner and holder of
said mortgage by virtue of the assignment of same to him on file in Assignment
of Mortgage Book 14, Page 233 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flo~ida.
