1968, by EDNA BA. BALDASSO, as Administratrix C. T. A. of
the Estate of Isidoro Baldasso, Deceased, hereinafter called
the grantor, to AMERICO DOM~NICO BALDASSO, as sole benef iciary
under the Last Will and Testament of Isidoro Baldasso,

This conveyance is executed in pursuance of Order of
Distribution entered in the Court of the County Judge in and
for St. Lucie County, Florida, in the Estate of Isidoro
Baldasso, Deceased, under date of September 1~, 1968, and
the Administratrix C. T. A. covenants that in sIl things in
and about the administration of the Estate of Isidora Baldasso,
deceased, she has conformed with the atatutes of the State of
Florida and the Orders of Court, as required by law.
