EXFCUTRIX DEED ~
'TEiIS INDENTLJRE made a~i entered into this 3 Q day of August,
~ 1968, between LILLIAN EVANS INGRAM, the duly constituted and appointed
Executrix of the Estate of Dennis J. Evans, Deceased, late of St. Lucie Cou~rty,
Florida, hereinafter called party of the first part, and IRENB EVANS FOXX,
whose mailing address is: 1123 Avenue "F" Fort Pierce, St.
Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter called par"ty of the seco~ part:
W ITN SSSETH:

upon the petition of the party of the first part, the Honorable Jack L. Rogers, ~
County Judge of St. Lucie Courny, Florida, entered an Order directing distribu-
tion in the estate of said deceased directing first party to make distribution in

NOW THEREFORE, pursuarn to the aforesaid Order, in consideration
thereof, and in further consideration of the sum of $1. 00 and other good and

whereof is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part has granted, bar-
ga.ined, sold and conveyed, and dces hereby grant, bargain, sell and conveq
unto the said party of the second part, her heirs, and assigns forever, all
that certain parcel or tract of land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise apper-
taining, descrlbed as follows, to-wit:
