the records of the Church and also the recorder of the minutes
of the meetia$s of the authorized officiels 6Q the Church, and
fn that capacity she hereb,q certif ies that :
Fred Summerlin, Julia Pacey, Alma M. Bevington and R. W.
Bevfngton are the duly elected Trustees of the Calvary Baptist
Ch~~~} of Fort Pierce, and are presently servtng in that cepacitq,
and are the succe8sors to James R. Reagan, CecLl Denmon and Henry
Willhoite who as 1~ustees of the ea~d Calvary Baptist Church
of Fort P~.erce were the grantees tn that certain deed of conveyance
from R. W. B~vfngtoa and Alme M. Bevington, his wife, dated December
21, 1962, recorded in Official Records Book 52, page 674 of the
publfc records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
That the Charter of the Church authorizes the duly elected
Trustees to take title b~ real estate as well as to con~ey same.
