. Whereas, an Order Authorizing Sale of certain real property,
hereinafter described, was entered by the County Judge in and for
St. Lucie County, Florida on the 24th day of May, 1968, authorizing
conveyance of the hereinafter described real property to the CITY OF
FORT PIERCS, FLORIDA, for right of way and perpetual easement for
sanitary sewers, and

~ ation of the sum of $1,000.00 and other valuable considerations, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part
has released, conveyed and confirmeci and does hereby release, convey

and assigns forever, that certain real property in St. Lucie County,
