County, Florida, eaid lande lying south of Canal C-25 and east of tha
FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY COMPANY main liaes, and being
a part of Saction 3, Townehip 35 Soutl~, R,ange 40 Eaet. in the City of
Fort Fierce, Florida, run South 15~ 11' 40" East, along the aoutherly
exteneion of the east liae of said FORT PIERCE DRYDOCK AND
TERMINAL COMPANY lands, 25. OS fest; thence North 78° 21' 50"
_ East, 25. 05 feet to an iron pipe, the Point of Begiuning, and the
Southwest corner of the lands herein described: '
