PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGES
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
1. WHEREAS. ROYAL AMERICAN INDUSTRIES, INC.. a Delaware
corporation suthorised to do buainess in the State of Florida. ie the present
owner and holder of certaia mortgages and debts secured thereby, as shown
by a certain Aasignment of Mortgagea dated October 30, 1963, from T. J.
McPartland, Jr., ae Truatee of "The Edwin Binney Heira' Trust" to the
- said ROYAL- AMERICAN INDUSTRIES, INC., recorded in Official Record
Book ?4, Page 204, Public Recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida;
Z. WHEREAS,+said mortgages and debts secured thereby are identified
and more fully described in a certain Mortgage Extenaion and Assumption
Agreement, hereinafter called "the Binney Mortgages, " dated February 1,
~ 1957, recorded in Mortgage Book 134, Pages 19T et seq., Public Records of
St. Lucie County. Florida; and - .
, 3. WHEREAS, FORT PIERCE PORT Ec TERMINAL COMPANY has
requested the said ROYAL AMERICAN INDUSTRIES, INC., to releaee the

~ NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE; That the said ROYAL AMERICAN

it paid by the said FORT PIERCE PORT & TERMINAL COMPANY at the
time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-claun, exonerate and discharge from the lien
and operation of those martgagea knowa as the Binney Mortgagea aad more
fully described in Paragraph 2 hereof, unto the eaid FORT PIERCE PORT
& TERMINAL COMPANY, those tracts or psrcels of land being ~ part of
the premisee conveyed. by said mortgagea, to-wit: ~
Certain parcels of land in Section 3, Townslup 35 South,
Range 40 East~ described in Exhibits "A~" "B" and "C"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
