W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the MQRTGAGOR did make, execute and deliver to the
MORTGAGEE its promissory aote datecl March 6, 1964, in the principal eum
of ~100, 000. 00, which said promissory note provides quarter annual paymente
of ~5, 000. 00 commencing June 6, 1966 uatil June 6, 1969, at which time the -
entire principal sum becomes due and payable together with interest, aad
WHEREAS, said promissory note is secured by a Mortgage Deed
coatemporaneously executed therewith, which said Mortgage Deed is recorded ,
in Officiat Records Book 8?, Page 453, amoag the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and ~
WHEREAS, said Mortgage Deed was corrected and amended by Cor-
rected and Ameaded Mortgage Deed dated June 10, 1964, which said Corrected
and Amended Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Recoxds Book 92, Page T2,
among the Public Records of St. Iucie GouaLy, Florida, and ~
WHEREAS, said Mortgage Deed, as corrected and amended by Cor- .
rected and Amended Mortgage Deed dated June 10, 1964, was further corrected
and amended by Corrected and Amended Mortgage Deed dated September 24, -
1964, which said Corrected and Amended Mortgage Deed wae recorded ia Offi-

cial Records Book 129, Page 327, among the Public Records of St. Iucie Couaty,
Florida, and
WHEREA3, the said promissory note and Mortgage Deed, as amended,
were modified and e~ctended by Modificatioa and Ezteasion of Mortgage Agreement .
dated April 2, 1966 and recorded ia Official Recorda Book 142, Page 392, among
the Public Recorde of St. Iucie Couaty, Florida, and
