KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that INVFSTORS SYNDICATE OF AMERICA,
INC. , a corporation under the lawa of the State of Minnesota, owner of the Mortgage
hereinafter described, for a valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does forever discharge and release the tract of land lying and bcing in

PROVIDED,. HOWEVER, that thia Partial Release shall not in any wise affect, impair,
or diminish the validity, priority, or atanding of said mortgage, or the claims and
lieas thereunder, as to the remainder of the property described in said mortgage
hereinabave mentioned, regardless of who may own same, or any part thereof; and
the said mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as to the remainder of the
premises conveyed in said mortgage and not herein 8pecifically relea8ed.
