ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT FOR DEED
. KNOW ALL MEN BY THSSE r~RESENTS:
That ENGLAND PBTERSON, a aingle adult of the County of S~
Lucie and State of Florida, party of the first part, in consideration of the
sum, of Ten Ibllars and other good and valuable consideration, including
love and affection of father for son, in haYtd paid by ENGLAND PBTERSON
and HBNRY O. PETERSON, a$ Joint Tenants with full rights of survivorship
as authorized by Florida Statute 689.15, whose mailing address is: 2204
Avenue "N", Fort Pierce, Florida, parties of the second part, at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presenta, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set
over, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, aseign, transfer and `
set over unto the said parties of the aecond part, their heirs and aesigns
forever, a.~ertain Articles of Agreement or Contract for Deed bearing date
the 29[h day of December 1961 and recorded in Official Records Book 26,

Construction Co. , Inc, to England Peterson and Viola Peterson, his wife,

upon the following described piece or parcel of land, situate and being in

division as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 9, Page 68 of the Public Records of St. -

A portion of the consideration of thia assignmern being that the
said parties of the second part herein assume all the obligations and agree
