first part does hereby authorize the said P& j Construction Co. , Inc. or its
successors in tttle, tio make, execute and deliver a good and sufficient deed
to the property hereinabove described, in like manner as though the original ~
said Contracfi for Deed had been made and executed by the said P~ J Con-
struction, Co. Inc, with the said parties of the second part, instead o# wfth
~ England Peterson and Viola Peterson, his wife. ~
And the said parties of the second part do aver that at the time this
Assignment is executed that (a}there is a unity of possession present between
them in that they both reside upon the above described property and enjoy
the same as their common home, (b~here is a unity of interest hereunder
between them, (c)their interests are commencing hereunder simultaneously
are commencing by virtue of this Assignmern.
1~0 HAVE AND T~O HOLD the same unto the said parties of the
second part, and the survivor of them, their heirs and assigne forever.
