($5,040.00) annually shall be accumulated by my Trustee and b ecome
a part of the principal of said trust, to be reinvested by my :

a minimum of FIVE THO'USAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) per year in incame,
` then to the extent necessarq to meet this minimum amownt, my
Trustee is to invade the principal to the exteat necessary to meet E
the minimum payments as above provided.
Upon the death of HELEN KRUMWIEDE, the trust shall
ter~ninate and all~the remeining principal balance my Trustee is to
distribute, fifty per cent (50~) to FATKER FZA,~IAGA~'S BpYS 1~OWN,
Boys Town, Nebraska, and the remaining fifty per cent (SOZ) shall
pass over and become a part of my residuary estate to be distributed
as hereinafter provided. _
