EXECUTRIX DEED
THIS INDENTURE Made and entered into this ~_day of August,
1968 between LILLIAN EVANS INGRAM, the duly constituted and appointed
Executrix of the Estate of Dennis J. Evans, Deceased, late of St. Lucie County,
Florida, hereinafter called party of the first part and OLLIE EVANS, whose

Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter called party of the aecond part:

WHEREAS, on the 3. day of , 1968,
upon the petition of the party of the first part, the Honorable Jack L. Rogers,
County Judge of St. Lucie County, Florida, entered an Order directing dis-
tribution in the estate of said deceased directing first party to make distrib- ~
ution in said estate according to law and pursuant to the Last Will and Testa-
ment of said deceased.
NOW THEREFORE~ pursuant to the aforesaid Order, in consideration
thereof, and in further consideration of the sum of $1. 00 and other good and
