of the first part, the ~onorable Ja~k L. Roqers, County J'udqe in and for
said county qranted to the party of the firat part leave to aell the lands
of the said John C. Hamilton for the purpoee of acquirinq funds to maintain
said ward; that the order grantinq party of the firat part leave• to eell
said lands deemed it not necesaary to give notice of said sale; that party
of the~ first part wae qranted leave to~:.~e~~. sai;c~:::lande upon terms and for
a total aum of $9.750.00. ~ ; .
Now, therefore, in consideration of the'fo~egoing.and in further con-
side=ation of the $9, 750.00 purchase price paid at~ and be'fbice the eealing
and delivery of this deed, receipt of whieh is her~by acknowledqed, the
party of the first part has sold aacid conveyed and doea hereby sell and -
coAVey to the said BURTON CARLIN MANVII.L$, his heirs and aasigns, an un-
divided one half intereat and to DONNA M. PB'1'RI$, her heirs and asaigas
an undivided one-half interest in and to that tract or parcel of land
situated in the County of 8t. Lucie, State of Florlda and described as
follows:
Lot 29 of Block 8, of LAKSWOOD PARK, Unit 1, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, page 51, 51-A,
51-8 and 51-C of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida
toqether with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging or. in any wise
appertaining, including the furniture as listed in the petition for leave
to sell said property;
To have and to hold to the said HtJRTON CARLIN lrlANVILLS and DONNA M. -
PBTRIS, their heirs and assigns in as full and ample manner as the same
was possessed and enjoyed by the said John C. Hamilton.
