Before me, an officer duly authorized to adminiater oaths
and take acknowledgmenta in the State of Florida. personally
appeared FRANK BREWER, who, after being firat duly sworn by
me upon oath says: That my name is FRANK S. BRSWSR~ that affiant
~ has been a resids:~t of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the past
39 years and is well acquainted with the tract of land lyinq
North of Okeechc~ee Road, West of Hartnnan Road and East of Five
Mile Creek, being canprised of part of Lots 2 and 3 of the NS~
of Sec. 19, Township 35 South, Range 40 East;
Affiant further states that the reservation for road purposes
contained in that certain deed from Model ?~and Company, a Florida
. corporation, to A. S. Cleveland, dated April 22, 1919, and re-
~ a Z g corded in Deed Book 36, page 496, public recards of St. Lucie

of Okeechobee Road.
Affiant further states, that to the contrary, that part of
said Lota 2 and 3 of the NE'~ of said Sec. 19 lying North of
" Okeechobee R~oad, East of Five Mile Creek and West of Hartman Road
ha8 beea fenced and used for cattle qrazing for the majority of
~ the time affiant has raeided in this Count$ and at no time hae
