This Deed is qiven subject to that certain mortgage froan J. B.
- Brewer, Jr. and Viola B. Brewer, his wife, to the Prudential
Insurance Co~apany of America, dateci August 5, 1968, recorded
August 6, 1968, in Official Record Hook 173, page 81, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original
principal amount of $75,000.00, which graators J. B. Brewer,
Jr. and Viola B. Brewer, his wife, hereby agree to pay as per
