WITNESSBTH: That the grantors, for and in consideration

receipt whereof is hereby ackndwledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releasesl conveys and confirms unto the grantees, all
that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

2, in WILBUWE, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 6l at Page 24f of the public records

nances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO I~AVS AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the qrantors hereby covenant with said grantees that
th~ grantors are lawfully seized of said land_in fee simple; that
the grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey
said land; that the grantors hereby fully warrant the title to said
land and will defe~d the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except ~
taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1967. ;
