appertaining. This deed is. an absolute conveyance of title to the
Grantee named herein, both in effect as well as in form, and ~s not
in~ended as a mortgage, trust conveyance, or security of any kind.
TO HAVS AND TO HOLD the above described premises unto the Grantee
and his succe~ssors and assigns to their use, benefit, and behoof for-
ever, and the Grantor does hereby specially warrant the title to said
