nwrtgaga owned and hald by THE PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY bF
AMERICA, datad the 7th day of October 1963, and recorded in .
Book 72~ Paga 211, of the public records of St. Lucia County~ -
Florida~ said mortgage seeuring *he payment of note owned aad
held by THE PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA~ w~ich note
is more specifically described in said mortgaga~ and now bears
fnterest at the rate of Six (6~) percent, per annum;
And, WHEREAS~ THE PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COHPANY OF A1;~RICA
and GUY E. POTEAT and WILLIE FLORENCE POTEAT~ his wifa~ have
agreed to the•modification of the terms of said note and mos+~t-
gage as herainafter ast forth~ _
NOW~ THEREFORE, in considaration of the modification of
the terms of eaid note and mortgage, THE PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE

his wife, do hereby agree to the follo~ing modifications of said
