WEiEREAS, by Chapter 67-269, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1967,
as amended by Chapter 8?-2236, it is required that on or by October 1,
1967, the Department of Public Safety of the State of Florida, a Department
of State Government, shall transfer and convey to the Trustees of the
~ Lnternal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida by properly executed
deed, title to all real property owned by such Department and the officers
thereof, and all the right, title and interest in other properties which the
Department and its officers manage and control, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Safety of the State of
Florida, a Department of State Government, owns, or claims to own,~ the
real property hereinafter described and desires to convey the same to the
'I~ustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida, in
compliance with the foregoing statutory provisions, NOW THEREFORE,
THIS INDENTURE made this 3rd day of October ,
1968, between the Department of Public Safety of the State of Florida, _a
