WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made this 21st day of August, 1968,
by and between HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCI~~ INC., a
Florida corporation, Grantor, of the County of St. Lucie and
State of Flor~da, party of the First Part, and T. S. HINSHAW,
Grantee, whose Post Office address is 3444 Redw~od Avenue,
Titusville, Florida 32780, party of the Second Part:

That the party of the First Part, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable
, consid~rations, to it in hand paid by the part~~of the:3econd
Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained, and sold to the said Party of the Second Part, his
heirs, and assigns forever, the following described real prop-
erty, and rights and interests as set forth below and in real
property located and situate in the County of St. Lucie and ,

with respect to the date of a deed from Holiday Out in America
at St. Lucie, Inc. to T. S. Hinshaw, of record in OR Book 172
at page 423 in the Clerk's Office for St. Lucie County, Florida,
which date was incorrectly shown as May 31, 1968 rather than
the correct date of March 6, 1968.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to
~ and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, suc-
g cessors of the Grantee and the Grantor does warrant the titl~e_
~ to all the premises hereby conveyed, and will defend the same
~ against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
