of GSORGL H. RSID, DSCSASED. as party of the ff rst, and (i80RGS
H. RRID, JR., as to an undivided one-half interest, and ~ILLIAM
JAMBS REID, as to aui undivided one-half interest, whose address
is: c~o GEORGS S. RI~iD, JR., 5968 MacInese Avenue, Memphis,
Tennessee 38117, as parties of the aecond partt
WITNRSSSTB: That on the~day of October, 1968, upon
the Petition of the party of the first, the Honorable Jack L.
Roqers, County J~dge~; in and for St. Luci.e County, Florida,
entered an Order of Diatribution of the asaeta,of the $state of
George H. Reid, deceased, in~equal shares to Georqe 8. Reid,
Jr., individually, and William James Reid, the heirs of the
Estate of Georqe 8. Reid, deceased.
NOW, TH$R1~FORE, in pursuance of said Order of Dietribu-
tion, the party of the first part does hereby convey, remiae,
release and grant unto George H. Reid, Jr., as to an undivided
one-half interest, and to.William James Reid, as to an undivided
one-half i~terest,~_and to their heirs and assigns, all that par-
cel of land situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, and described
as follows:-
The S~ of the North 55 feet of Lot 13, and
all of Lot 14, C. KILLER'S SiJHDIVISI~i,-
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Boolc 3,
page 16, St. Lucie Couhty, Florida, public
records, together with all furniahings and
fixtures located in the dwellinq thereon.
TO HAVS AND TO HOLD the same to the saifl Georqe H. Reid,
Jr., as to an undivided one-half, and Williaaa James Reid, as to
~ an undivided one-half interest, their heirs and aesigns, in as E
[ full and ample manner as the same was posseased or enjoyed by
