Naw, therefore, for and in consideration of`~the sum of One Dollar
($1.00), and other good and valuable consideration the Party of the
First Part does hereby assign, set off, and transfer to the Party of
the Second Part any monies due on the said note and mortgage at the
death of Party of the Firat Part.
