the parties and their attorneqs of record~ b~y wh~ch.the
respective rights of the par.ties in and to their r8a1 and
personal prope~ty was settled~ trhi.ch agreement~ having been
considered by the Court~ was apprc;ved as showri by said Fin,al
Decree.

\ property~ including a set oY wedding rings which was given by ~

anniversary. ~ ;
4.- The Complainant and Petitioner herein has received .

an+d reduced to possession all of the personal property which ;

~ she ~as to receive by the terms of said agreement and awarded to ;

her in said Final Decree~ as well as personal possessions not ;

mentioned in said agreement or Decree~ such as clothing~ small - '

~ items having a sentimental value, etc.~ but that she is entitled ~

to the aforesaid wedding rings given to her•by Defendant or ~
__their market value which is determined by the Court to be the ~

sum of ONS THOUSAND SEVENTY FIVS (#1 ~0?5.00) DOLL~IRS, being the
purchase price of said ring~ at the time the same were acquired ~

by purchase from a~ewelry comgany in Atlanta~ Georgia. t
