A certain tract of land, comprising 14.33 acres more or
less situated in the Northeast 1/4 of the Southweat 1/4
of Section 13, Towaship 34 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, and more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and by this reference expressly made a
part of this warranty deed.
Sub3ect to a purchase money first mortgage executed between
the parties hereto on even date herewith securing an original
