Northeast quarter (NE~) of the Northwest quarter
(NW~) of Section 13, Township 34 South, Range 39
East, St. Lucie County; Florida;
And
The West 364.34 feet of the North half (N~) of the
Northeast quarter (N8~) of the Southwest quarter
(SW~) of Section 13, Township 34 South, Range 39
East, St. Lucie County, Florida; ~
containing 14.33 acres, more or less, together
with and including all crops, fruits, trees and
other products planted, growing and to be planted,
grown and raised thereon; including as a part of
the realtq all permanently installed irrigation
systems and equipment, including all pumps, motors,
engines, pumD, houses, tanks, pipes and mains, pipe
lines, together with all equipment necessary for
the use and operation thereof, now or hereafter
placed upon the premises, and any replacements or
renewals thereof. ;
