the lawe of said State to ac~nainister oaths, comes FLaYD S.RUSSELL
who on oath says that he was the husband of LADIA M. RUSSELL
and that the said Ladia M. Ruasell died inteatate on Novesnber 21,
1963, leaving as her sole heirs at law the followinq:
Floyd S. Russell, her huaband;

Sylvia Spargos and Mary Ann Miller, daughterat
that there were no deceased children, nor any descendants of
deceased children of the said Ladia M. Russell, and that there
are no debts, claims or deznands against the estate of said
Ladia M. Russell, deceased:
