WHSREAS, COUNTY idATIONAL BANR OF NORTH MIAMI HEACH,
a National Bankinq Institution, is the Mortgaqee under the
terms of sai3 mortgage and note, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties hereto that
\ certain ~odi#ications be made in the terms o€ t~he said mortqage '

and note,
THEREFORE, FOR TSN ($10.00) DOLLARS, and other good and ;
valuable considerations, it is agreed as follows;
~ 1. The amount of the said note signed by the Borrowers
is increased to Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00).
2. The monthly payments shall be increased to Five Thousand
Six Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($5,625.00) per month, with the ~
payment dates remaining the same, and Five Thousand Six Hundred
Twenty-Five Dollars ($5,625.00), plus interest at the rate of
eight (8$) per cent per annum, due on the next payment date, and
to continue thereafter monthly until paid in full.

3. Other than the modifications as stated, the terms
of tlle previously executed mortgage and note shall remain in

full force and effect.
4. This Agreement shall be binding upon the heirs and

~ assigns of the parties hereto.
