THIS TRUST AGREEMENT, Made this day of January, 1965~ by
and between HEN~R.Y C. HITCH, hereinafter referred to as
"T r u e t o r", and the Trustee hereinafter named and designated, herein-
after referred to as "Trustee", whether one or more;
ARTICLE I
Trust _Property
The Truator does hereby transfer aqd convey to the Trustee the property
more fully and particularly described in the achedule annexed hereto, and
any supplements annexed thereto, which schedule ia by reference made a
part hereof, and which property shall be held, administered and distributed
by the Trustee and Successor Trustee(s), in trust for the uses and purposes,
~ ~ and upon the terms and conditiona herein set forth.
ARTICLE II
Primar~ Trust
During the lifetime of the grantor, Henry C. Hitch, the Trustee shall hold,
~ manage, invest and reinvest the trust estate, and shall collect the income

~ therefrom and dispose of the net iacome and principal as follows:
(A. ) Trustee ahall pay to the grantor, H e a r y C. H i t c h,
in at least annual installments, all of the net income of
thie trust estate, consisting of all of the property set
forth in the schedule.
(B. ) Henry C. Hitch ia hereby appointed as Trustee of this
trust.
. In the everit of the i~pability or incapacity of Henry C.
Hitch to so serve ae Truetee at any time during his
lifetime, thea, in that event, Chrietine Hitch, H. C. ~
Hit~h, Jr. , Joyce Hitch Gray and Mar
jorie I3itch
Price shall eerve jointly as Co-Trustees.
